ABOUT ME
My name is Megan Do, and my passion for art therapy stems from personal experience. Watching my father care for my mother, who has dementia, has profoundly shaped my understanding of the challenges caregivers face. My lifelong passion for art has driven me to channel my skills into something significant—using creativity to support those with dementia. I began organizing art therapy workshops for dementia patients and creating detailed tutorials to provide caregivers with accessible and engaging activities. My mission is to empower caregivers and improve the quality of life for individuals with dementia through the transformative power of art.
I’m proud to be the 2025 BestPrep Student Spotlight First Place Winner for my painting about AI, which explores the relationship between technology and humanity. This recognition has inspired me to continue using art as a tool for meaningful expression, which is why I want to lead art workshops.
